Meeting called to order by Gary Carroll at 6:00 p.m..

Vice Principal’s report:

·         School site – Last two weeks the poles went up. Completion date hinges on weather. 

·         Solar panels in the parking lot are in and working.

·         Basketball’s fundraiser was a huge success.

·         New football field will start approximately Feb 15^th 2010 and finish in October.

·         Field house next to tennis courts will be in a second phase after the fields are done.

·         Boosters considering a fridge or oven to fund for the field house. Looking for dimensions of the room.

·         Bleachers for the new football field have been expanded.

·         Lights are in the works.

·         Closer to picking a manufacturer for the turf.

·         Score boards are going to be updated and are being considered.

·         Old bleachers are going to be recycled and used for plaques. Saw dust and wood chips from the Oak tree that was taken down are being kept for future auctions as little mementos.

·         Communication is needed to get more information on the web site. Coaches and captains need to be more involved with the web site.

·         Coaches want to know how much money they have for each sport.

·         Possible homecoming game would be the first football game played on the new field. Alumni will be invited. Possibly renting lights for the special occasion.
