1. Introductions – 7:00
2. Athletic Directors’ and Vice-Principal’s Report – 7:05
· No Fall Parent Meeting held; was coaches meeting held?
· Update on summer projects (e.g., banner cables)
· Update on school site improvements from school bond passage
· New funding requests?
3. Treasurers Report/Update – 7:10
· Confirm starting balances available for new school year
· Check requests for auction deposits, etc.
4. New Business – 7:15
· Back to School Night –need table manned
· Should Boosters representative(s) reach out to coaches as to their team needs and goals – and to attend parent meetings? Boosters currently has limited contact with coaches.
· Holiday Boutique – should we have it this year?
· Review this year’s calendar
5. Boosters Update and Old Business – 7:45
· Soccer/track/football bleachers – painted 5/31 & 6/1
· Round-Up bar-b-que on 8-19-08 went well; 18 new members
· Gym score board replaced
· Status of team chairs?
· PR Person for Athletic Boosters? Should we create a board position that would be responsible for contacting the media as well as encourage all coaches to use Max Preps
· Review status on project list
